Thomas is Survived by his wife Kathy (nee Hill) and his Daughter Brina and Son Sean a Brother James and Three nieces Nancy, Kristen, and Jessica and a Nephew Jason. Tom was treated at the Northport Veteran's Hospital where he was well liked and will be missed. Tom will be buried at Calverton National cemetery with military honors.
