i had the privelege of knowing Frank as his Livestrong at the YMCA coach. He made us laugh with his sense of humor, inspire us with his motivation to get stronger, surprise us with his talent, experiences and knowledge of so many things and warmed us everyday with his caring, gentle ways. I will miss him so
