I knew Greg since 3rd grade at St. Philip Neri and from there we went to high school at St. Dominic and even worked at our church together for 4 years as sacristans. He was a fun person who made a minimum wage job feel like a million bucks! I remember how much he loved music (he introduced me to a wide variety of record stores on Long Island), cars, movies, and..well...life in general. Although I hadn't seen him in such a long time, I truly feel saddened he's not with us any longer. My thoughts and prayers are with his children, wife, sisters, and parents right now. RIP, Greg.

We met Greg last year when we became customers at his place of employment, Flynn Aire. We continued the relationship over the year to presently and I spoke with him often. Greg was as genuine as they come. I had just spoken with him days before his passing. I still can't wrap my brain around this tragedy. Greg was a wonderful human being. Not only were we customers, but I considered Greg a friend. It has been extremely sad. Our heart's go out to Greg's family at this difficult time. Lori and Neil Lenowitz Commack,NY

Greg was behind me a year at St. Philip Neri, but as I remember him, he was a great guy and so I am sure was a hell of a good father and husband. I am so sorry for your pain. I know I join many others in the hope that the Creator some day soon diminishes the pain of your loss, and leaves you only cherished memories of joyous times together. Try to think on those times. I just lost my father earlier this year, and though the grief is staggering at first, reflecting on the best and most ridiculous times helped keep me (somewhat) sane in the weeks and months that followed. June '13 If Heaven Had A Window If heaven had a window and God granted me a view, of all the beauty it beholds, I'd only look for you. I'd listen for your laughter that was always music to me, your beautiful hair and hazel eyes is what I'd wish most to see. If I could only view once more the smile that warmed my heart, I'd treasure that moment as long as I live and we must be apart.
