My sincerest condolences to the entire Ringen family on your loss. I worked at Northport Fish for nearly 10 years and worked with Ron for years. He was a warrior and a battler and he loved his family. He epitomized the grit and heart that made the Long Island lobster community strong and diverse. He loved the sea. And we were always friends. I am shocked and saddened by the tragic news. He is in Gods hands and in a peaceful place now. I wish you all comfort and peace. May Ronnie RIngen rest in peace. His friend... Yank "Mike" Adler

I was a childhood friend from patchogue and I can tell you that ronnies name was synonymous with FUN. Even now I can remember very vividly his love of basketball and his passion for the water . we had so many good times and I know he will live long in the hearts and memories of Us all.
