Constance M. McDermott of Northport, surrounded by her loving family, Constance McDermott, known as "Great Connie" to her great grandchildren passed on July 2, 2016. "Accentuate the Positive, Eliminate the Negative" was her philosophy of life. Connie's infectious smile brightened the days of many. Connie is the beloved wife of the late Charles. Loving mother of Sandra L. Dolinsky of West Cornwall, CT, Joan H. Wright of Boston, MA, Charles R. McDermott of Northport, and John A. McDermott of Northport. Cherished grandmother of John, Melanie, Grace, Benjamin, Seth, Marisa, David, Rochelle, Christopher, and Daniel, and Dear "Great Connie" to Lucy, Adeline, Samuel and Aiden.
