Obituary of Joseph Donaldson

Joseph Keenan Donaldson of Corona, New York was a son, brother, uncle, and dear friend to many. He passed away at home Sunday, December 31. He was born to James and Janet Donaldson in Stony Brook, New York. He grew up enjoying an idylic childhood in Northport, New York, a town always dear to his heart. 

He graduated from Northport High School in 2003 and went on to receive an associates degree from the Art Institute of New York. He also earned a Bachelor's Degree in Video and Film Production from the New England Art Institute in Boston. 

He went on to become a professional waiter at high end restaurants in New York City and on Long Island. He enjoyed serving good food to people, always with a smile and warm greetings to his customers. 

Left to treasure his memory are his father James of Baltimore, Maryland, his mother Janet of Port Saint Lucie, Florida, sister Jaclyn Matthews of West Babylon, New York, brother James of Clinton Corner, New York, and their families, along with many cousins and friends. 

Interment will take place in May 2018 at the Donaldson Family plot in the St. Philip Neri Cemetary, Northport, New York in a private ceremony.
