Marcinisen, Gladys, 88, of Roswell GA (formerly of E. Northport) on September 16, 2012. She was born to the late Joseph and Ethel Pharaoh , November 28, 1923. She is predeceased by her brother Robert ; and sisters Virginia and Claire. She was known affectionately as "Grace" to friends and family. She was a devoted mother and enriched everyone's life that she touched. Gladys is survived by four children: Karen Ryder and her husband Skip; Gail Bauder and her husband Roy; Jeanne Parks and her husband Peter; and Kevin Marcinisen. She also is survived by her five grandchildren: Christopher Byrne and wife Casey; Matthew Bauder and wife India; Carla Companion; Gregory Companion; and Katherine Byrne. She had one great grandchild, Delaney Byrne. She also leaves many beloved nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Hospice Atlanta, 1244 Park Vista Drive NE, Atlanta GA 30319. Visitation 6-8 pm on Friday September 21st at Nolan & Taylor-Howe Funeral Home, 5 Laurel Avenue, Northport NY 11768 . Interment will be held at St Lawrence Cemetery in Sayville following a Mass at Our Lady Queen of Martyrs, 53 Prospect Road, Centerport NY 11721 at 9:45 am on Saturday September 22nd.
