My deepest sympathy to the Smith family as you mourn your loss. "Aunt" Joan- as I called her in the 1960's- was one of the Mom's that welcomed the local gang of neighborhood kids into her home and yard to play. She was always happy and had a great laugh. I remember her fondly from those long ago days.

I am so very to hear of Joan's passing. She was such a wonderful woman--a beautiful person, inside and out! I had the pleasure of working with her, many years ago, at St. Anthony's Elementary School. To Joan's family, I pray that the many wonderful memories you have of time spent together bring you comfort and peace at this most difficult time! Joan, I pray that you may now rest in peace in the loving arms of our Lord.
