Courtney Elizabeth Jones of East Northport, NY on November 4, 2019. Beloved daughter of Stephen and Natalie. Loving sister of Stephen (Julie) Jones and Jillian (Jimmy) Montiglio. Also survived by many loving nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. Visiting Thursday 2-5 & 7-9 PM. Funeral Service 11 AM Friday at the Nolan Funeral Home, 5 Laurel Avenue, Northport, NY 11768, with pastor Bruce Kaifler, officiating. Interment to follow at St. Patrick's Cemetery, Huntington, NY.
