Stephen and I were so saddened to hear of the passing of our dear neighbor, We have and will miss him. We have had lots of laughs over the years. One of my favorite memories was back in the winter of 2001. I had taken my mother in law to the doctors and when we got home realized we were locked out of the house. Mr. Antola came to our rescue!! He came over, put a ladder up to the second floor bathroom, poked two little holes in the screen, popped it out and opened the window. He then looked down and asked one question. IS THAT DOG GONNA BITE ME? I looked up and said honestly I don’t know? He went in anyway!! Now anyone that knows him knows exactly what I am talking about!! That’s is one of thousands of stories that made that man so special. May he Rest In Peace now that he is with his beloved Virginia and may his family feel the hugs being sent in this very difficult time. Stay safe.He will forever live in our hearts!!! He truly was from the GREATEST GENERATION!!
