I graduated from West Hempstead H.S. In 1973. There are only a few faculty that left an impression on me . Mr. Stauder was one of them. He was always there for us. I posted his passing on “You know you are from West Hempstead when...” site. It is a tribute to him how many former students reacted and said such wonderful things about him. May he rest in piece.
