Tom was a true gentleman, problem-solver, and collaborator, someone who I came to count on many times over the years. My heartfelt condolences to his family, friends, and everyone at Elmhardt Construction, who I knew he viewed as family. He will be missed. May your memories be a blessing and may he rest in peace. We were all so deeply saddened by the news of Tom‘s passing. Please know that your family is in our thoughts and prayers.
