Dorothy Ann Walewski Catania, of Pittsboro NC formerly of Middle Island, NY on Monday, September 6, 2021, at UNC Hospital, 92 years of age.

Dorothy was born in Queens, New York on April 14, 1929, to the late Walter Walewski and Sophie Rosiewski Walewski. She was also preceded in death by three brothers, Richard Walewski, Henry Walewski, Edward Walewski, and two sisters, Jean Blumberg, and Adele Geist.

Beloved wife of the late Anthony (February 2007). Loving mother of Luke Catania and his wife Suzanne of Alexandria, Virginia, Donna Devine and her husband Al of Siler City, North Carolina, and Lisa Flood and her husband Frank of Huntington, New York. Cherished grandmother of Marissa Devine, Christopher Devine, Aidan Flood, and Luke Catania.

Visiting at Nolan Funeral Home, 5 Laurel Avenue, Northport, NY, Friday 6 - 9pm, Funeral Mass Saturday 9am at St. Francis of Assisi Church, Greenlawn, NY. Burial to follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery Coram, NY.
