I am very sorry to hear of this. I knew the Weaver family from a very young age, as my cousins lived next door. She was one of the adults I had automatic trust in when I was in single digits. She had an easy laugh that kind of went missing after the immense, horrible, and tragic loss of her daughter. But she persevered and showed great strength, resolve and kindness through helping other people who went through similar events. That she remembered me the last time I saw her after not seeing her for almost 30 years was mind-blowing! She did not deserve the horrific tragedy she and her family suffered, nor did any of us who loved them. The world has lost a very special person. On behalf of my family, we send light and love to Donna and her family and the Klerk family.
