Obituary of William E. Ciambra

Ciambra, William Edward, age 78, peacefully passed away on November 18, 2022. William affectionally known as Billy was the beloved son of M. Georgine and the late Edward T. Ciambra. He is survived by Barbara Wandling (William ), Rosanne Renaldo (late Dominic), Catherine Adamcewicz (Thomas), the late Edward Ciambra (Linda), Francis Ciambra ( Lisa). Also survived by his aunt, Patricia Finn as well as many nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews. Billy had a love for trains and befriended conductors, often earning himself a place in the engineers cabin. He was a beloved former resident of ACLD Group Home, Hempstead, NY for over 35 years. He was a friend to all at Ross Nursing Home, Brentwood, NY. Visitation on Wednesday, November 23, 2- 5 PM at Nolan Funeral Home, 5 Laurel Ave., Northport, NY. Mass of Christian Burial Friday November 25, 10 AM, St. Philip Neri, Northport, NY. Interment to follow at Calverton National Cemetery, Calverton, NY.
