Obituary of Todd Douglas Pierce

Todd D. Pierce – on February 24, 2023, of Northport, NY, 57 years of age. Beloved husband of Shelley Sanderson Pierce. Devoted father of Sarah Grace Pierce. Dearest son of Mark and Dolce Pierce of Montgomery, Alabama. Cherished nephew, uncle, cousin, and brother-in-law.

Todd graduated from Emerson College in Boston, Massachusetts and knew early that he would devote his career to television news. He worked at WTVD in Raleigh, WTXF in Philadelphia, and other news outlets around the country. It was at WABC-TV Eyewitness News, that he reached the pinnacle of his career as an award winning photojournalist, covering some of the biggest events of the last two decades for Channel 7. A memorial service celebrating Todd's life will be held March 11, 2023 at 11 am at The First Presbyterian Church of Northport, 330 Main Street, Northport, NY, where he worshipped with his family.
