Aksak – Emily Claire, on June 5, 2023, of Huntington, 36 years of age. Beloved Daughter of John & Carole Aksak. Loving Sister to Kathryn (Richard) Buttine and Vanessa (Ramy) Mostafa. Cherished 'Auntie Em' for Johnny, Elliana, Luke, Tripp & Kaia. Dearly loved by so many family and friends. Predeceased by her dear Grandfather "Dziadek" 'Teddy' Aksak and her dear Godparents, Robert and Sylvia Cappa. Visiting Nolan Funeral Home, 5 Laurel Avenue, Northport, Sunday, 2-6 PM. Funeral Mass to be celebrated on Monday at 10 AM at St. Philip Neri Church, Northport. Interment to follow at the parish cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations in Emily's memory to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital (stjude.org) would be appreciated.
