I knew Vanessa briefly 20 years ago; talked to her a few times since. She was a beautiful light I will always remember. I wish I knew what happened. Will never forget her.

Vanessa was an amazing friend and mother. She was loyal and full of love to her family and friends. She was beyond gorgeous and extremely intelligent, which always made her the focal point in any room. She easily excelled in every area of interest she put her mind to. It was wonderful to watch her grow as a mother. Vanessa had a childlike part of her personality where she could experience things with such excitement and appreciation. And sometimes this part of her just did goofy things. And that’s why she was Vanessa and why I loved her. Although there feels like a terrible space in my heart where she once was, I know our friendship and bond is not lost. It will stay with me my entire life, giving me strength when I need it. I am so grateful for the time we had together. (The photo is of her and my son. She looks beautiful here).

Vanessa-First a friend then the love of my life and mother of our daughter. A loving mother who created a perfect, lovely young lady who will miss her dearly. Vanessa- strong willed and independent, yet deeply dependent on loved ones , and striving to be a better person and mother. Vanessa was taken too soon, she had so much more to accomplish. She will always be in our hearts as she rests in eternal peace.

Vanessa is now with my Father in heaven. No one knows how much she inspired me as a child. She was the most loving person to me. I will never forget her beautiful aura and feminine energy. It’s hard for me to imagine Northport without Vanessa, but she will always be there watching over. She will forever be known as the coolest aunt in the world to me. Man, we were just watching old home videos with her in them a few weeks ago. Looking so pretty as usual. You remain close to my heart Vanessa and I will pray for you always. You’re with your brother now. I love you Rest in Peace beautiful. You will be greatly missed.

I met Vanessa briefly but felt she was a person I wanted to know and meet in the future but her life was cut short suddenly . I hope she is in a better place and finds peace and joy in the hereafter .
