Peter was the absolute cutest little boy with the BEST smile. I still remember his first day at Pulaski. He was a bundle of energy and when he smiled everyone had no choice but to smile. He was a love!

Peter was a part of our family, I will always remember his smile and hugs when he would be hanging with Max and friends working on music videos. He will be loved always and ever.

So sorry to hear of Peter's passing. I was a teacher aide at pulaski. My fondest memory of Peter is that the whole school painted wooden hearts and then raffled them off. Peter took chances on the heart I made and won. I saw him about two years ago and out of his backpack he pulled out the heart I painted. He touched my heart forever. Peter was a very talented and well like young man. May he ride on angels wings and find peace. I will miss him. Love, Mrs."P"

I went to high school with Peter. He was an amazing friend. He had a great sense of humor, never failed to make me laugh. I wish we never lost contact after high school. Fly high, Peter

I was Peter’s teacher over at Brennan High School and remember his bright smile. He often spoke to me about being adopted as I adopted my daughter from China. After he finished school we stayed in touch through social media. I enjoyed teaching him, and having deep talks with him. I am so saddened by his passing. Prayers and condolences to his family.

I remember when I first met Peter. He had blonde hair and only spoke Russian. Anyone that knew him, was touched by him. I hadn't seen him in a few years. The last time we spoke I told him how we all cared about him and loved him in our neighborhood called "The Grids."That we were a family. We all have memories with him and were sharing the stories to one another. We are all saddened that he is gone at such a young age. I will never forget him and know he is flying high above us smiling!

Although it’s been a few years since I’ve seen Peter, I’ll never forget him. I first met Peter in Mrs.Aherns’s 6th grade science class. We were in the same science project group. We had to make rocket bottles on our own. We had to compete with the class to try to make our rocket launch the highest in the air. I was always really shy and quiet- and I’ll never forget how Peter made me laugh and got me to come out of my shell. He made everyone else laugh around him with his energy. Peter and I got really into the project and worked so well together which is how we became friends. We actually won the project, our rocket bottle launched the furthest in the air. I remember we both had such a good day and our teacher bought us lunch that day. Everytime I saw Peter in middle school he would always make me laugh. Another memory I have of him is from middle school. I had no confidence and I was awful at sports. I hated gym and we were playing flag football in gym. I remember I somehow ran with the football and scored. He was screaming my name cheering me on from the sidelines even though he was on the opposing team and it gave me a boost of confidence. I remember some good times we had together and when we went to some high school football games too. You’ll never be forgotten Peter. Thank you for some good memories and for being my friend.

Peter was one of my first best friends as a young kid. I met him in first grade at Pulaski and made the decision that we were going to be friends - and that we were. I have so many memories of sitting in my backyard, laying in a hammock, and just talking and laughing for so long. He was such a bright light with a contagious smile that will always be cherished and remembered. I always expected to see him somewhere in 10 years and hear about his art or his photography and it is heartbreaking that will never come to fruition. As others have said, he was such a bright spot in the darkest times and he will be forever missed.

I may not have been close with Peter in elementary, but we hangout a quite a bit in middle school. He use to ride his bike to my house all the time and we would hangout. It was fun times he brought in some of my darkest times, and I'll never be more grateful for that. He was a great human being and that greatness will live on in the rest of us. Fly high and be in peace Peter.

My daughter, Samantha became friends with Peter when he first arrived here from Russia. She was always very patient with him and would teach him to pronounce English words correctly particularly her name. They became very good friends in elementary school and he would come to our house for playdates often. They had a special bond, and he will always be in our hearts. May his soul rest in peace it was taken far too soon.

Peter is a brilliant soul and he was an amazing human being. Such a talented, compassionate, and pure individual. He is a rare soul with an unbelievable story which added to his depth of character and made him the kind hearted and loving young man he was. We can all recall memories of Peter portraying his uninhibited and rascal like nature. It was his outlandish sense of humor, wild and outspoken nature balanced with pure compassion and integrity which made him the honorable man he was. I am blessed to have been able to call him a friend. Stay laughing in heaven, Pete.

My condolences to all. I remember Peter’s first days at Pulaski. He came into the art room with no understanding of what I was saying or teaching, but boy he enjoyed my class. Over the years Peter and I formed a bond and I believe the art room was one of his happy places. He shined there as well as on the stage during our musical.
I’ll never forgot the hug Peter gave me after receiving the art scholarship at his moving up ceremony. It was heartfelt and clear her truly appreciated being recognized for his outstanding accomplishments in my classroom.
Rest in peace Peter. Keep smiling and creating in the art room in the sky.
