Our deepest sympathies to Joan and family. I knew Ray thru working in the Town of Hempstead. He was in the Town Attorney's office and I worked at the Animal Shelter. I saw him when he was investigating certain things that came up at the shelter. Every time I did see him he always had a smile and he was always very nice. We are so sorry for your loss. There are many people whose lives he touched and I am sure they all have wonderful memories of times that they shared with him. Those memories that are shared by each and everyone that knew him will keep his spirit alive and he will be in our thoughts and prayers forever. He is at peace and in a place where there is no suffering. God bless you and your family and may he give you the strength you need to help you thru this difficult time.
