Dear Viv, With deepest, deepest heartfelt sympathy to you and your boys. David, as you know, was a one-of-a kind, extraordinary human being and the most kindest people I have ever had the privieldge of knowing. It was beyond endearing to see you both together so obviously in love and so much enjoying each others company. I know you must have wonderful memories of a lifetime shared. I hope that these memories will ease the loss and sorrow of this wonderful man. I wish you all my prayers. Always, Diana
