Lillian J. Vaiana, born August 17, 1934; a long time resident of Northport, NY, passed away on September 24, 2008 in Las Vegas, Nevada. Lillian is survived and will be deeply missed by her husband of 53 years, Nunzio Vaiana and her three daughters, Lorraine Brown of Cortland, NY, Marianne Vaiana of Prescott, AZ; and Christine Vaiana of Prescott, AZ. Lillian is also survived by her four beloved grandchildren: Taylor and Jesse Brown, and Rhae and Wells Vaiana. Lillian will also be greatly missed by her extended family and many friends. Her family will receive friends at the Nolan & Taylor-Howe Funeral Home, 5 Laurel Ave., Northport. A Funeral Mass will be held at St. Anthony of Padua Church, East Northport on Friday at 9:45 AM with interment to follow at St. Charles Cemetery, Farmingdale. Donations to a hospice of your choice, in her memory, appreciated. Visiting hour Wednesday 7-9 PM and Thursday 2-5 & 7-9 PM.
