I'll always remember his laugh. He had a great, hearty laugh.
I remember one time that the family came to visit us in Scituate. Ray was about 10 years old or so, and found a garter snake somewhere and put it into a jar or box. Well, the snake got out in the car and Aunt Louise was all animated about this snake loose in the car and Uncle Paul would just laugh and say "keep your feet on the seat. It's just a snake. No big deal." Maybe you had to be there. But that to me was Uncle Paul. Always upbeat and with a fun outlook on life. Just being around him and my Aunt Louise, makes people happy.
Although I hadn't seen him in many years, I will miss him.
