Doogan, Carol Marie passed away on January 13, 2024, in her 80th year of Centerport. Beloved mother of Kerry Walters, Kenneth Walters, and Kristin Engelmann (Steven). Loving and devoted grandmother of Caitlin, Cameron, Nyla, Lydia, Vivian, and Evelyn. Fond sister of Lois Rossbotham (Joseph). Cherished by her dog Timmy, the late Perry, and many late pets. Memorial visiting Saturday, January 20th, from 2 PM to 5:15 PM. Funeral Service at 5:15 at the funeral home. Cremation private. Carol loved the beach, the mountains, the ocean & rivers, and every season that she always decorated for, with Christmas being her favorite holiday. She loved to travel, had an unconditional heart of gold, a keen eye for quality, and her number one love was being with family and friends as much as she could. Her nickname that she was known for since she was in school, "Smiley", will always be hers. She will be forever loved and sorely missed... until we see her again.
